If there are any errors on this website The Kindred Co Pty Ltd maintains the right to refund part or all of your order prior to despatch.

All care is taken to ensure stock is available for all items showing as being available on the website. In the rare instance of an item not being available customers will be refunded the full cost of the order.

Fulfillment of and shipping of any order is at the absolute discretion of The Kindred Co Pty Ltd. Further The Kindred Co Pty Ltd reserves the right to cancel any order, for any reason at anytime.

By purchasing an item/s on this website the customer agrees

Delivery delays caused by factors beyond our control will not render The Kindred Co Pty Ltd liable for any loss suffered by the customer and does not constitute a reason for the customer to cancel the order and seek a refund.
The Kindred Co Pty Ltd will not be held liable for any loss suffered by the customer as the result of the cancellation of any order by The Kindred Co Pty Ltd
No compensation will be paid in the case of any fault, error, omission or for the cancellation of any order.

Returns

Please note returns only accepted in original packaging, unused, with tags/labels attached, within 14 days. A refund excluding postage/freight will be made against the original purchase.

‘Sale’ items are non returnable or exchangeable.

If a garment is the wrong size we will replace it freight free with the same garment in a different size. We are unable to accept returns on hats, hair pieces and earrings due to Australian health and safety regulations. Cost to return the garment is at the customer’s expense.

Faulty items will either be replaced, repaired or refunded after assessment by The Kindred Co customer service team. Cost to return the item for assessment is at the customer’s expense.

Returns will only be accepted for goods purchased from this online store. If you have purchased HAVEN items from a retailer please liaise with them directly to arrange any warranty claim.

Any product being returned must be in it’s original condition, unused, unmarked, in the original packaging & not defective as a result of misuse. Please note, items that smell of perfume or deodorant, or have make up marks or stains on them will not be accepted as returns.

Please refer to our returns page to obtain your return authorisation number and the process of return. 

Any refund will be made the same way you paid.

Non-Defective Goods Fee

For warranty claims on non defective goods a $10 non-fault fee will be payable. The customer will have to pay for the $10 shipping cost before the non-faulty item is returned to the customer.

My HAVEN Rewards Program Terms and Conditions
Welcome to the HAVEN My HAVEN Rewards Program! These Terms and Conditions outline the rules and regulations for participation in our loyalty program. By joining the My HAVEN Rewards Program, you agree to abide by these terms. Please read them carefully.
1. Membership Eligibility:
1.1. The My HAVEN Rewards Program is open to individuals aged 18 years and above. 1.2. Membership is free and available to customers who sign up on thehavenco.com.au.
2. Earning Points:
2.1. Members earn My HAVEN points for qualifying purchases made only at thehavenco.com.au
2.2. Points are earned based on the purchase amount before taxes and shipping fees.
2.3. Points are awarded at a rate determined by HAVEN and are subject to change without prior notice.
3. Redeeming Points:
3.1. My HAVEN points can be redeemed for discounts on future purchases only at thehavenco.com.au
3.2. Points cannot be redeemed for cash or transferred to another member's account.
3.3. Points cannot be combined with other offers or promotions unless otherwise specified by HAVEN.
4. Member Communication:
4.1. By joining the My HAVEN Rewards Program, you consent to receive communication from HAVEN, including but not limited to promotional offers, account updates, and program information.
4.2. Members can opt-out of communication at any time by adjusting their communication preferences in their account settings or by contacting customer service: online@thehavenco.com.au
5. Account Information:
5.1. Members are responsible for maintaining accurate and up-to-date account information, including contact details and email address.
5.2. HAVEN is not liable for any loss or inconvenience caused by inaccurate account information provided by the member.
6. Termination of Membership:
6.1. HAVEN reserves the right to terminate a member's participation in the My HAVEN Rewards Program at any time without prior notice or explanation.
6.2. Membership may be terminated if a member violates these Terms and Conditions or engages in fraudulent activity.
7. Modification of Terms:
7.1. HAVEN reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the My HAVEN Rewards Program, including these Terms and Conditions, at any time without prior notice.
7.2. Changes to the program will be effective immediately upon posting on the HAVEN website.
7.3. Should the program terminate for any unforeseen reason, members will be given a minimum of 30 days to redeem their points, after which all points will expire.
8. Governing Law:
8.1. These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Australia, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
