Gift cards are issued to you instantly once you complete check out. An email will be sent to the nominated email address that you check out with. A code will be issued on the confirmation email which you can apply at checkout to reduce your cart value by that amount. Our gift cards have a validity of 3 years from date of issue and can act as a great gift to a grandmother, mum, friend or colleague!

Returns will only be accepted for goods purchased from this online store. If you have purchased The Haven Co items from a retailer please liaise with them directly to arrange any warranty claim.
