  • Gift cards are issued to you instantly once you complete check out. An email will be sent to the nominated email address that you check out with. A code will be issued on the confirmation email which you can apply at checkout to reduce your cart value by that amount. Our gift cards have a validity of 3 years from date of issue and can act as a great gift to a grandmother, mum, friend or colleague!

Returns & Refunds

  • Returns are only accepted in original packaging, unused, with tags/labels attached, within 14 days. A refund excluding postage/freight will be made against the original purchase. Please click here for more information.

  • Returns will only be accepted for goods purchased from this online store. If you have purchased The Haven Co items from a retailer please liaise with them directly to arrange any warranty claim.

  • Any refund will be made the same way you paid.

  • ‘Sale’ items are non returnable or exchangeable.

  • If a garment is the wrong size we will replace it freight free with the same garment in a different size.

    We are unable to accept returns on hats, hair pieces and earrings due to Australian health and safety regulations.
