How do I choose the correct size?

How do I return an item for exchange or refund?
Returns are only accepted in original packaging, unused, with tags/labels attached, within 14 days. A refund excluding postage/freight will be made against the original purchase. Please click here for more information.
What are your delivery rates and how long does it take?
Delivery rates starts from $10 and are determined by the total amount of your order. All orders are despatched from our warehouse within 24-48 hrs and delivered in 2-7 business days using Australia Post Registered Post. Please click here to see shipping rates.
How do I pay for my order?
We accept all major payment methods, including Credit Card, Apple Pay, Google Pay, PayPal, and AfterPay. Your credit card will be charged at the time of order.

We ship to Australia, New Zealand, and United States of America.

The item that I want is sold out. Can I purchase this from one of your stockists?
Absolutely! You can contact your nearest HAVEN stockist to check if the item is still available. Contact us to find your local stockist.
Do you have an actual store that I can visit?
We don’t have a storefront, but we have stockists around Australia and New Zealand. Contact us to find your local stockist.
Gift cards are issued to you instantly once you complete check out. An email will be sent to the nominated email address that you check out with. A code will be issued on the confirmation email which you can apply at checkout to reduce your cart value by that amount. Our gift cards have a validity of 3 years from date of issue and can act as a great gift to a grandmother, mum, friend or colleague!
